Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Fiodar Puchkouski ("Mobile Application Developer", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Mobile Application" or "Services").

Information Collection
When you use our Services, we can collect ONLY the following information about you:

• User ID. Such as screen name, handle, assigned user ID, probabilistic identifier, or other user- or account-level ID that can be used to identify a particular user or account.
• Device ID. Such as device-level ID
• Product interaction. Such as screen name, handle, assigned user ID, probabilistic identifier, or other user- or account-level ID that can be used to identify a particular user or account.
• Performance data. Sach as launch time, hang rate, or energy use.
• Crash Data. Such as crash logs.
• Log Data: Such as standard log files when you use our Services, which include app version, access times and dates, pages viewed.

Important Notes:

· The App does NOT collect any facial data.
· The App only stores photos that the user downloads within the application.
· These photos are retained only for as long as necessary (24 h) and are NOT shared with or transferred to any third parties or external services. Only the user has access to them. Videos are stored on users devices.

We may share your information with:

· Third-party service providers who assist us in operating and delivering the app.
· Any company within our corporate group to enhance the app and for our internal business purposes.
· Law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other third parties when required by law or in response to a legally binding court order.

Backups
We are not responsible for Content residing in the Mobile Application. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content.

Links to other mobile applications
Although this Mobile Application may link to other mobile applications, we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked mobile application, unless specifically stated herein. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their mobile applications. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of any other third-parties. You should carefully review the legal statements and other conditions of use of any mobile application which you access through a link from this Mobile Application. Your linking to any other off-site mobile applications is at your own risk.

This price is for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

The purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. Once you're a subscriber, you can manage your subscription from iTunes or on your iOS unit after purchasing it, and you'll also be able to cancel the auto-renewing subscription from there. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You can, however, cancel a subscription even after you've deleted the app. The subscription will auto-renew 24 hours before the subscription period ends, with the same kind of subscription you already bought, to the same price.
You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. Our auto renewable In-app purchase subscriptions can only be cancelled using the App Store cancelation service. If you would like to contact Apple, please use this link https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. Subscription fees can be found in the mobile applications. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees from time to time.


Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Mobile Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the Mobile Application. When we do, we will post a notification in our Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
